After digging into Apple Silicon, researchers have discovered a new vulnerability that affects Apple’s latest M1 and A14 chips. The Augury Apple Silicon microarchitectural flaw has been demonstrated to leak data at rest but doesn’t appear to be “that bad” at this point. Jose Rodrigo Sanchez Vicarte at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and Michael Flanders at the University of Washington led a group of researchers who published details on their discovery of the novel Augury microarchitectural Apple Silicon flaw (all details were shared with Apple prior to publishing)....

In 1985, DC Comics launched the Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover, which became one of the biggest and most ambitious comic book events of all time....

Crisis On Infinite Earths allows Green Lantern to finally appear in the Arrowverse, thanks to Smallville joining the crossover. The Crisis will span Supergirl, Batwoman, The Flash, Arrow, and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow. All of the superheroes, including Smallville’s Superman, Tom Welling, will have to unite to save the Multiverse from a cosmic being called the Anti-Monitor (LaMonica Garrett) - and this could bring a certain Emerald Gladiator and possibly even the Green Lantern Corps into the Arrowverse because they’re all part of Smallville’s universe....

Assassin’s Creed 3 Remastered is getting a lot of improvements to its gameplay. Ubisoft first announced that the remastered Assassin’s Creed 3 would release to players who purchased the season pass of Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey in 2018. There is evidence in the backdoor pilot and penultimate episode of Arrow suggesting that the former Black Siren’s redemption may not be as certain as was expected following Crisis on Infinite Earths. “Green Arrow and the Canaries” established a radically different future for Star City than the one which was the setting of the flash-forwards in Arrow season 7....
